Estimates & Proposals
Estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is governed by the signed written proposal or contract, including any approved written change orders.
Scheduling & Site Conditions
Project schedules are good-faith estimates and may be affected by weather, permitting, inspections, material availability or concealed site conditions discovered during construction.
Warranty
Workmanship warranties are described in your signed contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials, appliances and fixtures are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to the owner.
